Gold Service Agreement
This is our most popular service agreement. It provides peace of mind that your facility’s medical devices are completely covered. This service agreement combines the Preventative Maintenance Contract and the Repair Contract.
Preventative Maintenance Contract
We will perform preventative maintenance and electrical safety inspections on your medical equipment. All medical equipment that comes in contact with patients will be inspected and have a label stating the current date (month/year) of the inspection. An inspection report will be provided with your current inventory.
Repair Contract
We will provide unlimited full coverage on all service repairs on any medical device in your facility’s contract. This will include labor and travel. Parts are not included and are invoiced separately.
Electrical Safety Contract
This contract provides the bare minimum to meet your maintenance requirement. We will perform annual or semi-annual electrical safety tests and general inspection to insure your equipment is properly grounded and drawing no more than the specified amount of current.

Neeraj is an engineer with exhaustive experience in medical devices sales and service with entrepreneurial flavor. His core area has been sales and marketing and has been associated with names like GE, L&T, Mindray, and Cura. He is an expert in launching new products, establishing sales processes and teams, planning and execution and handling P&L units. His technical expertise is in Imaging, Nephrology, Oncology and Monitoring and respiratory fields. He has done his engineering from NIT Allahabad PGBM from NMIMS. He is also a green belt in Six Sigma.
